البنود والشروط لخدمة امانة
1. وصف الخدمة:
تقوم شركتنا بتسهيل شحن الشحنات من المرسلين إلى المستقبلين من خلال المسافرين. يقوم المسافر بنقل الشحنة من المرسل إلى المستقبل.
2. مسؤوليات شركتنا:
أ. تعمل شركتنا كوسيط، تربط المرسلين بالمسافرين لنقل الشحنات.
ب. لا نتحمل مسؤولية حالة الشحنة أثناء النقل أو عند التسليم.
3. مسؤوليات المرسل:
أ. المرسل مسؤول عن وصف الشحنة المراد شحنها بدقة.
ب. يجب على المرسل تغليف الشحنة بشكل آمن بعد عرضها للمسافر لمنع التلف أثناء النقل.
4. مسؤوليات المسافر:
أ. يوافق المسافر على نقل الشحنة من المرسل إلى المستقبل كما هو محدد في الاتفاقية.
ب. يتحمل المسافر مسؤولية التحقق من الشحنة للتأكد من عدم منعها من النقل.
ج. يجب على المسافر التعامل بحرص مع الشحنة أثناء النقل.
د. يجب على المسافر ايصال الامانة الى المستلم بعد وصوله في فترة لا تتعدى 48 ساعة
5. العناصر الممنوعة:
أ. يتحمل كل من المرسل والمسافر مسؤولية التأكد من عدم محظورية الشحنة المراد شحنها قانونيًا أو وفقًا لسياسات شركتنا.
6. المسؤولية:
أ. لن تتحمل شركتنا مسؤولية أي ضرر أو فقد أو تأخير في الشحنة أثناء النقل.
7. التعويض:
أ. يوافق المرسل والمسافر على تعويض وإعفاء شركتنا من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو المسؤوليات الناتجة عن نقل الشحنة.
8. التأمين:
أ. يُوصى بشراء التأمين على الشحن من قبل المرسلين لتغطية قيمة الشحنة في حالة الفقد أو التلف أثناء النقل.
9. الامتثال للقوانين:
أ. يجب على كل من المرسل والمسافر الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح السارية المتعلقة بنقل الشحنات.
10. تعديل الشروط:
أ. تحتفظ شركتنا بالحق في تعديل هذه البنود والشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
11. القانون السائد:
أ. تُحكم هذه البنود والشروط وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين [القانون المحلي].
12. القابلية للفصل:
أ. في حالة وجود أي بند غير قابل للتنفيذ أو غير صالح، يظل البنود الباقية سارية المفعول بالكامل.

Terms and Conditions for Amaana Service:
Service Description:
Amaana facilitates the shipment of items from senders to receivers through travellers. The traveller physically transports the item from the sender to the receiver.
Responsibilities Amaana :
a. Our company acts as a facilitator, connecting senders with travellers for item transportation.
b. We are not responsible for the condition of the item during transit or upon delivery.
Responsibilities of the Sender:
a. The sender is responsible for accurately describing the item to be shipped.
b. The sender must securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
Responsibilities of the Traveler:
a. The traveller agrees to transport the item from the sender to the receiver as specified in the agreement.
b. The traveller is responsible for checking the item to ensure it is not prohibited for transportation.
c. The traveller must handle the item with care during transit.
Prohibited Items:
a. It is the responsibility of both the sender and the traveller to ensure that the item being shipped is not prohibited for transportation by law or our company's policies.
Liability:
6. a. Our company shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay of the item during transit.
a. The sender and traveller agree to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the transportation of the item.
Insurance:
a. It is recommended that senders purchase shipping insurance to cover the value of the item in case of loss or damage during transit.
Compliance with Laws:
a. Both the sender and the traveller must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the transportation of items.
Modification of Terms:
a. Our company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
